Pasay, Manila – [August 29, 2019] – Asia Cargo Container Line, Inc. (ACCLI) selected staff members attended an employee training workshop conducted by Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC), the trade training arm of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The intermediate course entitled “Effective IQA Report Writing Workshop – Based on ISO 9001:2015 Standard”, provided participants the techniques to write effective Internal Quality Audit (IQA) reports that facilitates understanding of audit findings & conclusions, and assist in the pursuit of subsequent improvement actions for the Quality Management System.
PTTC’s whole-day workshop was a series of lectures, discussions and exercises intended for internal auditors and quality management representatives who already have basic knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Awareness. Topics discussed also included ISO 9001:2015 internal audit requirements, writing various internal audit reports, writing internal audit observations (opportunity for improvement) and approving and distributing internal audit reports, among others.
Aligned with ACCLI’s commitment to ensure the highest quality of service possible, there will be regular training, seminars and workshops for ACCLI’s staff to follow in the next coming months.
