JOB PURPOSE
The Quality Support will assist the day-to-day activities of the Quality Department e.g. work with colleagues across the organization in meeting their needs and expectations without delay; report quality non-compliance and recommend improvement; assist in creating and updating quality documented information; prepare/monitor/update/conduct internal audit.
Job Description
-
Assist with the audit preparation and monitoring of audit completion (internal auditors and auditee (department to be audited);

Assist in the documentation of audit findings, if needed;
-
Responsible for updating internal forms, table of organization, process flow, dept. KPI, and others;
-
Prepare PowerPoint presentation;
-
Collaborate with reporting superior to ensure that queries/requests from other departments are attended promptly;
-
Contribute to the quality improvement plans and support the team in the management of the quality management system across the organization;
-
Protect the quality documents and ensure information beyond control is immediately communicated to the reporting superior;
-
Support improvement programs as directed by the superior;
-
Coordinate with inter departments on the schedule of quality training;

Prepare minutes of the meeting;
-
Work offsite if required to do a specific job as per instruction of the reporting superior;

Conduct internal audit based on superior instruction;

Qualifications
Education:

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, communication Experience:
