JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the monitoring of incoming shipments, computation of duties and taxes and lodgment processes.
Job Description

On time checking of docs and relaying of concerns to sales in charge related to ED lodgment
-
Efficient/on time lodgment of ED
-
Endorsement of Docs to Processor's Customs Processing
-
Compiling/Uploading of processed docs and sending to corresponding shipment thread to sales in charge
-
On time payment of Port charges meeting the Shipping Line cutoff avoiding penalty/Shut out charges
-
Sending of closed Ticket and Port charges OR to corresponding shipment thread
-
Endorsement of Job files to Sales or billing (upon completion processing & Checklist)
-
Endorsement documents for CO processing to assigned processor (if needed)
-
Endorsement of processed CO & corresponding OR to Sales for billing (upon completion processing) If applicable
-
To perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and overseas agent; Knowledge of customs forms with ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; Proficiency in world geography, import documentation, and Incoterms.

Qualifications
Education:

Preferably graduate of BS in Customs Administration
License
