JOB PURPOSE
Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization.
Job Description
-
Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers, etc.

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, which includes documentation.

Respond to concerns a timely manner to service issues and requests.
-
Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).

Set up accounts for new users.
-
Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
-
Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
-
Assist, or if able, spearhead in programming and other coding projects as needed by the company.

Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
