Apply safety practices in the workplace. Facilitates all maintenance related works.

Makes manpower schedules and any other clerical works related to maintenance works.

Conducts and records weekly meeting with all under him/her for the status in all work area.

Makes maintenance activities schedules together with the immediate superior.

Make sure all set schedules of activities during wet cleaning, house preparation or preventive maintenance, and grow out periods are met without time delay and with great efficiency.

Makes and coordinate with warehouse man regarding all requests of materials to be used/needed in the corrective and preventive maintenance.

Coordinate with warehouse man on the availability of spare parts needed for maintenance works.g all procurement and maintenance costs.

Weekly reports to immediate superior the status of the building equipment, repairs, maintenance, damages and etc.

During power interruption double check if all farm buildings and facilities had a smooth transition of power, coordinate with the power provider for any problems seen with respect to the primary line for a fast repair in the power provider side.

Makes the PMS schedules for all generator sets inside the farm, availability of spare parts and the right amount of diesel every time.

Records and monitors the running time of all main water supply equipment in the farm.

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time in the exigency of service.
