Job Purpose
To create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Responsible to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Job Description

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management.

Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
-
Develop new clients and new business with existing principals and/ or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and clients.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Prepare/ present reports on account status to Top Management. Generate forecast and track key account metrics.

Conduct fieldwork, cold calls, classified ads and posting. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to- day basis.

Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product and service.

Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.

Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

To assist Sales Personnel of other ACCLI affiliates in closing PLX deals.

Responsible for the On- Time collection of ARs from the clients. Avoid having bad debts.

Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
Education:

Any Business Degree Course.
Qualification:​

At least 2-year relevant experience.
