JOB PURPOSE

To monitor and keep track the daily performance across all Department, including operational policies, daily transactions, administrative tasks and ensure that all compliance are monitored and applied to a cost-effective output.

Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day transactions to ensure the Operations is running efficiently and meets the expectations and needs of Client and Management.

  • Monitor the efficiency of the Operations and apply methods to improve processes, such as customer service, internal controls and cost-effective execution of results.

  • Continuous training and developing staffs to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Evaluating the performance of the team member, report positive and/or negative feedback, address any shortcomings and identify opportunities for possible improvement.

  • Analyze business requirements and customer needs and delegate day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

  • Collaborate with Department and Disciplines for strategic planning and goal-settings.

  • Nurture positive relationships with other Disciplines and provide customer service as needed.

  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent with diploma

Experience:

  • Preferably minimum 2 years working experience on Warehousing and Logistics Services in the same position.
