Treasury Assistant

This role will involve providing crucial support in various treasury operations, including billing and payment processing, cash management, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proactive approach problem-solving.

Job Description

  • Assist in preparation of payment vouchers to vendors and other parties, and billing invoices to tenants.

  • Assist in managing daily cash balances by reconciling transactions and monitoring bank balances.

  • Coordinate with superior team member to execute fund transfers and ensure timely payments to vendors, lenders, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate monitoring records and safe keep actual documents that will be used as support for reporting to top management.

  • Participate in the preparation of reports and analyses related to real estate portfolios, under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures specific to real estate management.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and experience in XERO is advantageous.



  • BS: Accounting Technician / Finance Management / TESDA NCII: Bookkeeping


  • 2-3 years in Bookkeeping or Financial Management
